Hourly Programming Rate:   $70 / hour

All work will be billed at this hourly programming rate including programming, testing, debugging, documentation, and any other related work.

The live version of your EA with source code will be released when authorization has been given to finish the project, and only after final payment of any outstanding balance.

Final payment on all projects is due within 30 days of delivery of the latest testing version. A late fee of 20% of the remaining balance may be assessed on late payments.

The initial project quote includes the estimated time to code the described expert advisor and provide the typical amount of testing. Please note that depending on the complexity of the EA and the issues encountered, the final cost may be higher than the initial estimate.

After the quote is accepted, a deposit is required for coding to begin. The deposit is 50% of the entire project estimate with a minimum required deposit of $100.

We reserve the right to request additional payment at any time during the project if the quoted price changes significantly from the initial estimate. This payment may be required to continue work on the project.

Once the deposit is received work will commence on the project. Typical projects take 2-5 days to complete. It may take longer depending on the number of projects we are working on. If there are any foreseen delays at the beginning of the project, we will let you know ahead of time. Testing and debugging of the project may take up to a few weeks after the initial version is completed.

Once the first draft of the expert advisor is complete, we will send you a time-limited version to test out on a demo account. We recommend that you test your custom expert advisor on a demo account to ensure it is working as desired. Once the full account is paid, we will send you a complete live version with all the source code and user manual for your custom expert advisor.

The first draft often has a few minor tweaks needed to get everything functioning as you envisioned. It is important that you describe your system specifications as exact and accurate as possible to prevent misunderstandings and extra hours of work. Most of the time changes can be fixed easily and quickly.

We will test your custom expert advisor to ensure it is working as described, however it is the responsibility of the customer to thoroughly test the custom expert advisor and ensure that it is functioning to specification. If you think there is a problem you must provide any information necessary to fixing the problem, including log files and settings.

Once the full account is paid, we will send you a complete live version with all the source code and user manual for your custom expert advisor.

Refunds are at the sole discretion of The Trade Machine. No refunds will be given for work that has already been completed.

If the final project total is less than the paid deposit, excess funds will be refunded or credited to your next project.
